Jammu and Kashmir: In captivity since August 5?

In a new move for Jammu and Kashmir, the central government is sending 36 ministers to the newly formed union territory, that has been held captive for over five months, in an effort to build confidence and dialogue with its people. This move comes after the Supreme Court order asked the government to review the internet ban that has lasted over 165 days.
