In 2017, the Karwan e Mohabbat, a caravan of love, set out on a journey from Nagaon in Assam to Porbandar in Gujarat, witnessing on its way, intense suffering and fear arising out of hate violence. The karwan then resolved that this journey of shared suffering, of solidarity, of atonement, and of love, must be continued.
The Tathya series is the outcome of Karwan e Mohabbat's efforts to take that journey forward. Tathya, which means facts, is a series with commentaries on social and political issues. The following are two of its first recordings.
