Indian poets, the day has dawned
When we must storm into the breach;
Unleash our pens and slash away
At those who lie and those who preach
Hatred, blood and gross revenge.
The leaders of the country
Have led astray the whole nation.
Heady slogans are traded free.
We poets must lay bare the truth,
And let us not forget Tagore.
Hence we must stride with heads held high
Until we reach the promised shore.
This country has survived for long.
Fear not My Friends.
We are still strong.
