On March 29, 2020, TM Krishna held a #ShutIn concert — performed solo and streamed online directly from his residence — in support of the artists battling loss of income due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
As part of the concert, TMK presented a rendition of Faiz Ahmed Faiz’s iconic nazm Hum Dekhenge. During the Anti-CAA protests in early 2020, the nazm was reimagined and translated into other Indian languages.
