“Dichotomy of Everyday” is a digital artwork that takes on the voice of the common people. Through hand gestures, signs and symbols, the work addresses current socio-cultural issues, especially clashes between communities.
Artist’s statement:
I am trying to show how mixed media artworks evolve around the complex beauty of mundane real-life experiences. [What I want to do] is articulate these experiences in a more implicit, allegorical and symbolic way.
