The new Domicile Law for the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir that was passed last week will allow people from across the country, in addition to residents of Jammu and Kashmir, to apply for local government jobs, as well as jobs in its police force. Newsclick spoke to some residents of Srinagar on their reactions to this new law.
