Anti-CAA protests “historic”: Harsh Mander in Khargone

In the Nimar region of Madhya Pradesh, people have said that they will continue their protest until the government rolls back CAA, NRC and NPR. In Khargone, about 30,000 dalit-adivasi protesters demanded that the government repeal its divisive policies and the state government pass a resolution against CAA. Social activist Harsh Mander, while addressing the protesters, said that many people from Assam failed to be in the final NRC owing to the smallest and the most insignificant errors. They have been sent to the detention centres, he said. Mander also said that this movement taking place across the country is historic and its momentum should not be lost.
