On July 31, 2022, Anek Dhara, a public policy platform, organised a panel discussion on “Status of Women in India: Current Trends and Way Ahead”

The webinar discussed “Status of Women in India: Current Trends and Way Ahead” by a panel experienced in various sectors. Prof. Vibhuti Patel, Vice President, Indian Association for Women’s Studies and former professor Tata Institute of Social Studies spoke on the “Status of Women” and, Ms Rinki Roy Bhattacharya, Journalist, Author, and Chairperson, Bimal Roy Memorial & Film Society, and Dr Nalini Gangadharan, Founder Trustee, CAP Foundation shared their thoughts on the topic. The session will be moderated by Ms Prabhleen Tuteja, Executive Director, The YP Foundation.
