The national capital has been veiled by a layer of smog for the past few days. The Kejriwal-led state government has attributed this to the stubble burning by farmers in Haryana and Punjab. Are these farmers really responsible for the very poor air quality in Delhi? Economist Vikas Rawal talks to NewsClick on this issue.
